Q: Can the power bank charge the MacBook Pro 13"/14"? 

A: Yes, it can. It provides power to charge MacBook Pro from 0% to 40% when the battery power level is at 100%.

Q: How many times can it charge and iPhone? 

A: It could charge at least 1 full cycle charge on iPhone. 

Q: Do I need a USB-A to USB-C to charge Power Go or can I use the USB-C to USB-C? 

A: You can charge with both cables, but a certified USB-C to USB-C cable and Power Delivery chargers (power sources) will let you charge at higher speed.We also recommend to replenish Power Go with the USB-C to USB-C cable attached to the package.

Q: How many devices can be charged at the same time? 

A: Two. One via a USB-C cable and the other via a standard USB-A cable. Please note that only the USB-C cable supports Power Delivery fast charging and the standard USB-A port does support 12W (5V2.4A) of output. 

Q: Can I replenish the power bank while it is charging another device? 

A: Yes, you can recharge the power bank while it is charging another device simultaneously. However, we don't suggest that as it will reduce the battery lifespan of both the power bank.

Q: Can I bring the power bank to the airplane?

A: Yes. It can be brought up to an airplane within a carried luggage. 

Q: How to reset the power bank?

A: To restore the functionality, please unplug all of the USB cables and wait for 10 seconds, then long press the button to reset the Power Go.
