Shipping policy
- For any new order, the Free 30-day Return policy is always included.
- VogDUO may apply additional fees up to a maximum of 20% of the item price, for those items returned to the seller that are not in original or sellable condition.
- Free Return Shipping can only be applied to the units that are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase, the return units that have been opened or used for over 30 days are not applicable for the free return policy.
