Refund policy
VogDUO is committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, VogDUO provides a limited warranty for this product against defects in material and workmanship under regular use for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or other abnormal use. Returns other than the above reasons will be charged relevant fees and the return shipping fee shall be prepaid by the customer.
To start a return and refund process,
1. Please provide a photo of the product condition to VogDUO's Service Team.
**Warm reminder, the return order without photos provided might experience a longer refund period up to 60 days.**
2. The return address will be provided to the customer.
3. Refund initiated after receiving the photo.
4. Refund notification sent to the customer.
