*Free Return Shipping can only be applied to the units that are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase, the return units that have been opened or used for over 30 days are not applicable for the free return policy.

VogDUO is committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, VogDUO provides a limited warranty for this product against defects in material and workmanship under regular use for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or other abnormal use. Returns other than the above reasons will be charged relevant fees and the return shipping fee shall be prepaid by the customer.
