USB Power Delivery - Universal Fast Charging For Your Devices

These days, we want our devices to be smaller and more powerful than ever. And, we expect them to have enough battery power to get us through a full day. Smartphones, tablets, bluetooth headsets, and more; with the average person owning so many portable USB devices, most people end up with a mess of proprietary power adapters and cables that can make charging your devices a nightmareIn addition to all the older USB specifications, electronic manufacturers are now utilizing the new USB Type-C connector, which brings with it a range of benefits but isn't backward-compatible with older USB connectors (unless you use an adapter). USB-C was built to take advantage of newer and better protocols like USB Power Delivery (USB-PD), which delivers rapid charging for a wide range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, external HDD, speakers, printers, keyboard, mouse, monitor and other consumer electronics), and takes advantage of USB-C’s full potential. USB-PD chargers allow for power output of up to 100 watts, which means laptops can be charged via USB-C cables.

For USB-PD to work to its full potential, both the device and the charger need to have embedded USB-PD controller chips, and share the correct settings for voltage and amperage. But even if the device doesn’t, VogDUO’s latest Charger Go car chargers and Power Go power banks are backward-compatible, and support high amperage for virtually any voltage profile, so they will work with as many devices as possible.
